Elizabeth Walker
Vice President, Global Talent Management
Campbell Soup Company

Elizabeth Walker has over twenty years of experience in the consumer product goods, financial services and consulting industries, working in the areas of talent and performance management, executive assessment, leadership development and succession. Her experience includes partnering with business leaders to shape strategy, build strong leadership pipelines and drive high performance through talent.

As Head of Global Talent Management for Campbell, Elizabeth leads executive selection, talent acquisition, leadership development, learning, succession management and performance management. She oversees the strategy for building and measuring high performance and engagement for over 13,000 employees globally. Elizabeth is credited with heightening Campbell’s focus on executive assessment to ensure selection and succession decisions are grounded in a deep knowledge of internal and external talent.

Elizabeth joined Campbell in 2008 as Director, Organization Effectiveness for North America and was shortly promoted to Vice President Human Resources for Chief Strategy Officer and then Vice President, Global Talent Management in May 2012. Prior to Campbell, Elizabeth worked in talent management leadership roles at T. Rowe Price and Lincoln Financial. Her previous titles included Assistant Vice President Leadership and Sales Development, Assistant Vice President Talent Management and Vice President Learning and Development. Elizabeth also worked as a management consultant earlier in her career, during which time she led talent and culture initiatives to support merger and acquisitions within major companies including Time Warner/AOL, Conectiv Energy and several pharmaceutical organizations.

Throughout her career, Elizabeth has worked with a broad range of senior leaders to accelerate their development and achieve superior individual and business performance. She is a certified in multiple assessment, selection and development methods. She earned her B.A. degree in professional writing from Carnegie Mellon University and her M.S. degree in organizational development from St. Joseph’s University. She is certified in the Hogan assessment and is an executive coach.
