Emile Lee is Vice President, North America Communications, Consumer, Johnson & Johnson (J&J). He leads internal and external communications for the North American region, focused on building brand equity, employee engagement and helping to drive the company’s growth agenda across J&J’s portfolio of consumer products and brands, including Beauty, Over-the-Counter (OTC), Oral Care and others.
He joined Johnson & Johnson in 2013 as the head of communications for the company’s US OTC division (McNeil Consumer Healthcare), where he was responsible for developing and managing integrated internal and external communications strategies for this division.
Prior to joining J&J, Emile served as Head of Communications for SAP North America where he led the organization’s media relations, public relations, employee communications, government relations and corporate social responsibility programs. Prior to joining SAP, Emile held a series of international roles of increasing responsibility at a variety of multi-national companies, industry pioneers and public relations consultancies including EDS, Hill and Knowlton and Commerce One.
Emile holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Toronto in Canada. He and his family reside in Villanova, PA.
