Kathleen Hall
SVP and Managing Director
FARO Technologies

Kathleen J. Hall is an accomplished business executive with a broad range of management and functional experience with responsibility for global business units of respected multinational corporations combined with a personal passion for excellence. She is recognized as an excellent leader, communicator, mentor and team builder who inspires energy and commitment within organizations while delivering bottom line results.

Kathleen is currently the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of FARO Technologies, the world’s most trusted source for 3D measurement technology, reporting to the CEO. In this role, Kathleen has full P&L responsibility for the company operations across The Americas Region. As a key member of the company’s senior management team, she provides strategic and operational leadership to the business that is executing an aggressive growth strategy.

Prior to joining FARO, Kathleen was a Vice President and General Manager of several businesses at Avery Dennison Corporation. Additionally, Kathleen held multiple advancing leadership positions spanning over 26 years with the E.I. DuPont De Nemours & Company.

In addition to her career accomplishments, Kathleen is a founding Director and Advisory Board Member of Power Up Gambia. She is a founder of The Delaware Fund for Women. Kathleen also served on the Grants Committees of the United Way and The Chester County Fund for Women and Girls, as well as the Avery Dennison Foundation Board of Trustees.

Kathleen holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and currently resides in Chester County.
